The Truth About CI-128

Montana Life Defense Fund • July 16, 2024

Planned Parenthood is gathering signatures to make abortion a Constitutional right in Montana, but they are hiding the true impact of this initiative from voters:

Unlimited Abortion

CI-128 would create a constitutional right to UNLIMITED ABORTION in Montana - Including partial-birth abortion or dismemberment abortion.

"Healthcare Professional"

A "healthcare professional" meaning a doctor, nurse, dentist, chiropractor, physical therapist or paramedic can approve abortion at any stage of pgregnancy.

Taxpayer Funded Abortion

Passing CI-128 will increase taxpayer funded abortion procedures in Montana.

Safe Harbor for Sex Traffickers

Predators and sex traffickers will be protected when they force victims to obtain an abortion.

No Parental Oversight

Parents will not be entitled to notice or consent before their daughter obtains an abortion.

Reproductive Care Implications

CI-128 is about more than abortion. Arguably, the language of CI-128 impacts so called "reproductive rights" and "pregnancy outcomes" which may include a right to undergo radical, irreversible gender reassignment surgery or hormone intervention to alter the reproductive system.

Do not fall victim to the lies! Do not sign or support CI-128.
