SB 302 - Require Judges and Justices of the Peace to Designate Partisan Preference

The Montana Supreme Court is neither nonpartisan, nor nonbiased, and left-learning media coverage makes it nearly impossible for Montanans without legal degrees to make informed voting decisions, especially regarding supposedly "nonpartisan elections."


We need our legislators to take immediate action by writing a letter to SOS Jacobson requesting a timely poll of legislators regarding a special session call to reconsider SB 302—partisan Supreme Court elections beginning this election cycle.
